Are there items you will not take?
We cannot take asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas bottles or clinical waste. These need a specialist licensed carrier. Fridges, freezers, mattresses and tyres we can take, but they carry a separate disposal cost because the law requires them to be processed differently. Ask when you call and we will tell you straight away.
Do I need to help with the lifting?
No. The driver does the lifting and loading. That is the point of the service. You do not need to bring anything down from a loft or move it to the front door either, as long as we can reach it safely.
Can you come the same day?
Usually yes. Our man with a van Liverpool service runs 24 hours a day, so same day collection is available most of the time, including evenings and weekends.
Do you charge for a quote?
